      Pros

      Strong and palpable focus on patients GSK Biologics (vaccines) is special in that it is helping with a very inspirational public health agenda Global footprint can create lots of opportunities

      Cons

      GSK Biologics continues to be Belgium centric and not truly a global culture Sometimes it feels like tenure is more important than talent, and speaking French is most important of all I felt the culture was not friendly to female employees (felt a bit like stepping back into the 50s with a male dominated culture) and definitely not friendly to Indian employees (I don't understand why, but saw several examples of it) Performance driven culture has been lacking

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      Cons

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
