      Global healthcare keen on enabling patients access its medication. Has diversity and great organization culture. Creates opportunity for employees to grow and gain different experience

      Cons

      Growth opportunities are minimal and there is too much stagnation in one position. Export of talent is also not as frequent and barely touches the junior staff
