      Top notch co-workers, good salary and benefits package

      Cons

      Not much work-life balance. Annual review system was forced ranking which pitted people against each other instead of encouraging collaboration. New layoffs every year made it hard to focus on the task at hand.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.
