Excellent Place to work with great work culture - Senior Project Manager GSI Water Solutions Employee Review

As an employee owned company your voice, and opinion matter. The management has had some growing pains recently, but it has only made the company stronger. The employees work hard to make it a successful company and teamwork is phenomenal. The benefits are great, compensation great, and work/life balance for a majority of the time is good.

Everyone is down to earth, they are a community and welcome your ideas. The benefits and compensation packet is unbelievable! They have such great benefits and they are super understanding if you have anything going on outside of work. I highly recommend working here if you get the chance to. The Human Resources Manager is one of the best bosses I have ever had. She is so knowledgeable and willing to mentor you. The operations manager is very kind and is so engaged to hear whatever idea you may have. Basically, they are a great company to work for.

The only con is that it is downtown and the commute can be a little long but they offer a certain amount per month to helo cover.
