An incredible CEO, CFO, CTO technology director and UX architect. Hard working team. Wonderful and improving company culture. I feel like everyone honestly cares about each other. I love how most of my co-workers think out of the box. I absolutely love Yolanda; the woman at the front desk! We always have fresh fruits, veggies, snacks, high-end coffee, teas, cereal, many days the company even buys us lunch and deserts. We host meetups, there is talk about hosting hacker meetups to improve the world. The company pays us to volunteer for the city. Really caring management. Work from home Fridays! :) Nobody questions when you are sick! Nobody blames you for your mistakes! Everything is a learning opportunity! Oh, and we're making software to save peoples lives... there's that too.

Cons

I can't work from home every SINGLE day.
