The team work is very good. There is no gap between manager-senior-junior in term of communication and involvement. Manager will assign a task, give some guidance and trust you to complete it.
Everyone is available to help each other.
Work life balance and flexibility is great.
Cons
Generally, there is no cons. Personally, the technical stuff for my role was not challenging enough. But still, I enjoyed it.

Pros
If you're someone who can work (and we are talking 9-5 rarely outside of hours), than this is the place for you.
Management: Leadership is shockingly incompetent. Decisions are made without foresight, accountability, or any real understanding of the business.
Culture: The organization feels completely soulless. Employees are treated as disposable, not as people.
Direction: There is no clear vision or strategy. The company lurches from one failed initiative to another, creating a constant “sinking ship” atmosphere.
Reorganizations: Endless internal reshuffling has become the norm. Teams are restructured so often that no one has time to build momentum before the next shake-up.
Overall: This is a toxic, unstable environment run by leaders who are out of their depth. The best advice I can give is simple: STAY FAR AWAY.
