Pros

The company occasionally holds corporate pizza parties and provides basic health insurance, there is also overtime pay available at the moment

Cons

The company had some problems before the release of the game, but after the release of the game, the policies became disgusting and anti-human. Initially the management of the company said that we are a big family, now the company has started purging people who do not like the Creative Directors, even if they are talented people who have worked for the good of the project for many years. New directors behave impertinently and unprofessionally, often saying bad things about other studios and games and trying to belittle subordinates who are much more experienced than them, allowing themselves at private meetings to say nasty things about the leads they don't like, and also to attract their friends from outside to their positions. HR managers with no work experience and no emotional intelligence allow themselves to belittle veterans of the gaming industry by talking to them arrogantly and trying to do everything they can to keep people from getting pay raises, as well as spreading information that should be anonymous and private, discussing personal one to one conversations with employees behind their backs.
