Pros
-Pay was really good starting as outside hire. -Super competitive benefits package. -Plenty of opportunity to grow as employee (certifications). -Coworkers were supportive and aided in learning the ropes. -Immediate supervisors supportive to autonomy and genuine effort for improvement.
Cons
-Tenured/skilled employees are not held accountable to regulations/expectations. -Constantly shifting priorities always result in heavy workload and are non-negotiable. Shortfalls are considered to be operator fault. -Suggestions from mid-level management to upper management are not taken. -Unrealistic delivery commitments to customers made with no regard to existing employee skill, capability. -No effort made by management or HR to manage/investigate conflict between employees. -Uncertainty of assumption of new product timetables. -No clarity to the training program.
