      Pros

      Medical coverage quite good and free meals.

      Cons

      No transport allowance, only below 5% annual increment for non-chinese employee, if boss love you (chinese) - within 5 years can become manager even don't have higher education or don't know talk well in English or Bahasa Melayu

      Pros

      Working in extremely stress mode everyday to ensure the body have the immune that can afford more higher stress in the future.

      Cons

      "Safety First" always is concerned by verbally, no actual action/role model is showed up. Wrong communication technique being applied between the employee and the superior. Blaming and backstabbing always happen "Behind the Arena" and done by everyone all the time. Never have a chance to vindicate when problem is occurred. With all of this, I have hypertension, heart disease more than 5 years and Stress Test always scored out 8-9 of 10 .
