Pros
You can smoke weed while you work and watch movies on your computer while you make calls. They also bought pizza for the office once.
Cons
I was hired at 10.50 an hour plus commissions over the phone, I didn't find out after I had left my job and come aboard that it was actually 9.00 an hour. That was the tip of the iceberg, the pay program is some weird derivation of a draw, to save you a long boring story I am consulting with an attorney for all the times I was lied to by this company. Don't work here unless it is really important that you smoke weed while you work and you don't really care if your check is a couple hundred dollars off.
