Pros
-Great work/life balance. WFH and flex working hours
-Most employees were talented and actually wanted to create change in the health space
-Middle management was great and supportive
-Pay is a tad higher than national averages
Cons
-Company lacked focus and singular mission, causing it to spiral into a low revenue cluster.
-All 4 founders were never on the same page, causing many issues and lacked communication with eachother- employees found themselves in the middle of combating mindsets and trying to make all 4 happy.
-C-Suite lacked discipline and focus, constantly changing direction which caused problems for everyone- Reinvented what "Gryt was" many times while I was there.
-Lack of focus and inexperienced sales "team" were unable to book contracts and generate revenue, started searching for private investors to fund the company, even after ~10 years in business.
-Lack of revenue meant lack of payments, paychecks were late by 1+ week about 90% of the time.
