Pros
Benefits are great. You have the ability to turn your phone off and say that you had no service to avoid foam lipped manager phone calls.
Cons
Ever since GREX was bought out by Loram things have never been the same. Management does whatever they have to in order save their jobs, including promotions to fancy new titles to do the exact same job while leaving the ones who do all the heavy lifting for the company in the dust. Expect to spend 250-300 days a year in a hotel away from family. Oh.. and I forgot to mention that they took away vacation to field operators who spend 75% of the year on the road away, but kept it for office employees. This is only the beginning of a collapse..save yourselves!
