      Pros

      1. Able to learn things from zero. 2. Managers and colleagues are willing to teach you. 3. Stable job. 4. They have some big clients, good for your portfolio.

      Cons

      1. Increments and bonuses are based on their favouritism, not based on your hard work and performance. 2. A lot of time spent during meetings to listen to the boss brag about how successful he is to build the company and how people like him, so how people should agree and follow on whatever he says. 3. Bosses always like to plant their thinking into your mind, especially about young people shouldn’t keep thinking about money. Thus no increments and bonuses at all. 4. A lot toxic positivity.

      Pros

      Working at any digital agency has its challenges but GREEN-i is a place where you will have room to grow and have guidance to achieve your best work. Leads and Managers are always there to lend a helping hand and give the best advice to achieve your goals and complete your work. Leave your ego at the door and come in with an open mind Work hard and work smart and you can achieve wonders at GREEN-i.

      Cons

      You will need to work outside your comfort zone at times but thats how you can also upskill. Benefits like medical arent the best but its ok considering the size of the company, in the long run this is sure to be improved upon.
