      Welcome to the Old Folks Radio Show, where your job is to listen, listen and listen. The show can go up to 1 hours or 2 or whole day, depending on the host mood. You can do your actual job assigned after the meeting or at night or weekend. Forget about your life, you need to work for the company. You can record all your attendance, your messages related to work at night, early morning at 3am, weekend or whenever you can.       Working at any digital agency has its challenges but GREEN-i is a place where you will have room to grow and have guidance to achieve your best work. Leads and Managers are always there to lend a helping hand and give the best advice to achieve your goals and complete your work. Leave your ego at the door and come in with an open mind Work hard and work smart and you can achieve wonders at GREEN-i.

      Cons

      You will need to work outside your comfort zone at times but thats how you can also upskill. Benefits like medical arent the best but its ok considering the size of the company, in the long run this is sure to be improved upon.
