· No Work-Life Balance: Management expects constant availability. Even when sick or on medical leave, you are often contacted about work matters, and taking legitimate leave is discouraged. · Compensation Structure: The pay is not competitive. There is no Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), no annual increments, and commission is a flat rate with no growth potential or performance-based incentives. · Outdated Systems & Practices: Operational processes feel decades behind modern standards, which impacts efficiency and adds unnecessary friction to daily tasks. · Lack of Empathy & Micromanagement: The workplace culture feels cold and unsympathetic. There is noticeable monitoring of basic personal needs (like restroom breaks), which creates a stressful and distrustful environment. · No Support During Illness: Calling in sick or taking medical leave often results in pressure to return to work early, with little regard for employee well-being.

Pros

Pay is decent, location is okay if you live on south side of Milwaukee, they have beautiful products. The people in the warehouse are probably the best people to talk to.

Cons

The manager is expecting everyone to brown nose and do as she says. She makes up her own policies even tho they're nowhere to be found in the employee handbook. Her micro managing and bad attitude make working there a horrible experience. The company is super small and insurance and PTO suck. You get 5 days after one year. I also wouldn't recommend a person of color to work in the office. All the reviews you see on Glassdoor are absolutely true and I wish I had known that before taking the position. It was a total waste of my time. The turnover is extremely high in customer service and in the warehouse. They can't keep people due to the lack of supportive management.
