-Flat Organisation
-Very talented team to work with
-Managers are good and will listen to your idea
-Good if you have a family and looking to get settled
Cons
- No Transparency at All
- You get a job, you are the "Quantitative Analyst" and that is your dead end. No further growth ( I don't know about IT or Accounting teams)
- Very Reluctant to Change, of any type
- Any process is very bureaucratic, thanks to Gen Re
- It seem like a small team of 100 people with a very bureaucratic structure governing it. Just makes thing slow and frustrating
