They will have you work on the day you should be off and tell you to take off on a different day, then will call you on your new day off and tell you your supposed to be there and you have to come in. Lazy management that are not cut out for their position. Lack of management communication. Did i mention Low pay? Also they want you to sell certain promotional items and if you dont maintain 3% sales, you could lose your worthless job. The way many of the employees maintain this quota is by scanning the promotional items instead of what customers are actually purchasing. "this item is the same price as what you are buying so I will scan this promotional item to make my numbers." Management supports this method, I wonder if corporate does?
