Great insurance coverage, 90% on everything Stock purchase at 5% discount (meh) 3% matching contributions My internal team was great, but left because of pay & lack of recognition 2 days in-office, 3 days at home
Cons
Empty promises by management Highers ups do not care about employees, they care if 'we are in business' or not Micromanaging is very present Nepotism is for sure present too Asking indirectly for unpaid overtime Seeking too much details into our personal lives Demoting an employee as a gesture to show how cool they are is present. Executives get demoted to managers, managers become assistants You get a new role, but compensation does not follow form.
