everything. management lacks of focuse.They are highly confused on their busyness goals. conservative mindset. financially not sound. so be ready for salary delay or not geting paid for months even after working for months. not a tech company though the management says they are a tech company. high dependency on clients decission and no control over any type of decission making. even though you work hard and accordingly to the management but still you won't achieve your target as the management have no control over any decission making.
