      There are regular events on site and staff training is available, which on the surface makes it look like a great place to work.

      Cons

      Without doubt, the worst management experience of my career. The culture is deeply toxic - long-tenured employees will do anything to protect their positions, including sabotaging colleagues and shifting blame onto others to make their own teams look good. There is no real career progression. Everyone pretends to be one big happy family, but the reality behind closed doors is very different. I was personally sabotaged in my role.

      Pros

      Nice people, I can't say it enough as someone always has time if you need help or guidance. Processes far better than when I joined and constantly being improved and looked at. Management (exec comm) challenge themselves and mostly look to take on feedback where given. Cohesive atmosphere generally friendly and welcoming.

      Cons

      Some cliques. Different issues in different teams - nothing is perfect though and overall most issues are addressed where they come to light.
