Pros

Do you want.. =To be recognised for your work with an annual bonus and a pay increase =Employee benefits and perks =Meaningful information and training when joining the company =Comprehensive and meaningful ongoing training =An understandable and hierarchical management structure =Frequent changes in business department names and reporting lines, so that you who know works where and what your role and job title are =A dedicated HR department that knows what it’s doing and working with robust HR policies =A Payroll department that understands how its own payroll process work =A company that takes the time to fully understand what their people actually do =To have all your internal comms in US English format =Excellent opportunities for promotion or advancement If you have answered ‘yes’ to any of the above, then you know what to do.

Cons

Their internal online learning for GDPR is some of the worst you will ever encounter! What makes it so bad, is that this is supposed to be a global company producing online learning content. The GDPR module is so US focused in terms of language and content, it has so little relevance to anyone else. The navigation is so clunky, and the final assessment asks you questions about things not in the content, or of no relevance to anyone except senior management. Their inverted management structure is so top heavy you have more team leaders, middle management, quality assurance managers, project managers and account managers than you have people actually doing the real work. It’s expanded so rapidly, by snapping up other business’s and training departments, it’s constantly having to restructure to try and keep up with the competition.

Pros

Large organization, talented people, with numerous capabilities to offer clients.

Cons

Severance policy is insulting. We are laying off employees during the worst crisis of our careers and really hurting families. While I feel grateful to be working I feel ashamed at my company. Various businesses compete against one another for clients’ business resulting in lost opportunities. Management and leadership continue to change and we appear more reactive than proactive in how we are running business lines.
