Pros

No pros. No pros. No pros.

Cons

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been overwhelmingly disappointing and frustrating. I joined with high hopes, expecting a professional environment and opportunities to grow, but what I encountered was the complete opposite. 1. Poor Leadership & Mismanagement The management lacks vision, consistency, and basic communication skills. Decisions are made arbitrarily without any strategic planning or input from teams. There's a culture of favoritism, and promotions or recognitions are not based on merit but on internal politics. 2. Toxic Work Culture The environment is incredibly toxic. Employees are constantly micromanaged, undervalued, and overworked. Constructive feedback is neither welcomed nor implemented. In fact, raising genuine concerns often leads to subtle retaliation or being sidelined. 3. No Work-Life Balance Forget about work-life balance. You're expected to be available 24/7, including weekends and holidays, with no additional compensation. Burnout is rampant, and mental health is not even a consideration here. 4. Lack of Transparency There is zero transparency in policies, performance evaluations, or even salary structures. HR is ineffective and often acts in the interest of the management, not the employees. 5. High Attrition and Low Morale It’s no surprise that talented individuals don’t last long here. Attrition is high, and the company does nothing to retain or support its employees. New hires are often misled during the interview process about role expectations and work culture.

Pros

Great studio Nice workflow by the time the work came to us , we were left to create the video...with minimal interference gave a lot of new college grads a chance to work and create Subject matter experts (Dave and Greg) were always ready to answer technical questions...if they did not know the answer would find out Adam Stedman (then CEO) told me I was "intimidating" so that was fun I am usually called "nice...or a hard worker"

Cons

Covid turned WFH into PTO for some full timers (GP and Client) video training lost steam company purchased by a large holding company "this is going to be great"...they say then the cuts came client closed the studio we were collateral damage it was a fun gig stars below reflect part time no bennies so I could not score higher work/life video production is any 7 any hour it is what it is
