Pros

Early finish on a Friday, good benefits package

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from management lead to toxic blame culture, work is repetitive with little room for creativity, extremely low pay for skilled work, very poor workplace facilities, staff turn over like a revolving door - many people either resigned or were fired and had strong complaints about bullying management

Pros

Great studio Nice workflow by the time the work came to us , we were left to create the video...with minimal interference gave a lot of new college grads a chance to work and create Subject matter experts (Dave and Greg) were always ready to answer technical questions...if they did not know the answer would find out Adam Stedman (then CEO) told me I was "intimidating" so that was fun I am usually called "nice...or a hard worker"

Cons

Covid turned WFH into PTO for some full timers (GP and Client) video training lost steam company purchased by a large holding company "this is going to be great"...they say then the cuts came client closed the studio we were collateral damage it was a fun gig stars below reflect part time no bennies so I could not score higher work/life video production is any 7 any hour it is what it is
