High quality talent at the firm and lots of fantastic opportunities to learn about technology advisory and network with professionals at the multinational firm.

Pay is a bit underwhelming.

Strong culture in US that doesn't make for too sweaty of an experience. Good exposure for analysts.

There was a massive restructuring in 2023 that cut certain business lines and ~20% of staff. The 2022 bonuses were insulting (20-35%) and weren't accompanied by a significant raise for anyone. They were paid out in halves, and lots of people got laid off before they got their second half (a very dirty tactic). Leadership did a few things to lose lots of employee trust.
