Company believes they are premier private equity player although reality is they are low tier VC shop doing little if any proprietary work, with minimal compliance, snagging crumbs from larger players. IM department is chaotic and ruled by fear with IR having very little understanding of how markets truly work. No responsibility taken at top - it's always someone else's fault. Low quality firm with next to zero compliance and multiple conflicts of interest.
