1. The operational process here demonstrates a notable degree of unpredictability. They provide an SOP for claim submissions, yet the outcome can vary – you follow the steps, and your claim may or may not be successfully processed. When seeking clarification, responses are provided at their own sweet time, and offering a different SOP from the original. 2. Applying for leave offers a distinct experience. One navigates the online system and subsequently manually emails the same information, a process that has remained consistent redundant. 3. Submitting a claim form for replacement leave salary can be challenging. If you miss out to submit the salary claim, they will not remind you and they treated as you are just working for free to this company. Additionally, the discovery of the "quarterly" claim policy occurs when the received salary is lesser when you find out in next month. 4. Working on a public holiday here results in earning replacement leave, subject to the condition of utilization within 90 days. However, GP Asia system's delay in updating necessitates patience, as the waiting period extends until the end of the following month and you have only a limited timeframe for utilization. For example, if you are working on January 1st (public holiday), they only updated it on end of February for you to claim the holiday, and you have to utilise in March. 5. No pre-announcements of late salary payments. Employees have to find it out themselves and reaching out to GP Asia to inquire salary delays, but again, please expect late/no responses.
