I had the unfortunate experience of working with Gp Asia and I must say, it was a complete disappointment from start to finish. This recruitment company left me feeling deceived, frustrated, and utterly dissatisfied. They sold me a dream, but the reality was a nightmare. To begin with, the job description they presented was nothing short of a sugar-coated fantasy. They assured me that the night shift would be a breeze, downplaying any challenges associated with it. However, the reality was quite the opposite. The night shift involved back-to-back calls with no respite, leaving me mentally and physically drained. And let's not forget the limited toilet breaks – you practically had to sprint to the restroom and back just to catch a breath. What's even more infuriating is the stark contrast in public holidays compared to interpreters from other agencies, particularly Kelly. Gp Asia proved to be exceptionally stingy in this regard. While others enjoyed well-deserved time off on holidays, we were expected to be at our desks, serving clients around the clock. It's disheartening to see such a lack of consideration for the well-being and work-life balance of their employees. And last but not least, let's talk about the management. The boss at Gp asia left much to be desired. Their approach was penny-pinching and unsympathetic, disregarding the struggles and concerns of their employees. The working conditions were far from ideal, and any attempt to address these issues was met with indifference.
