Pros

Since GoHiring is a remote company, you have a lot of flexibility when it comes to your working space and time. Just pick the location where you're most productive and you're good to go. The team-spirit is really high and communication works amazingly well via one of many digital tools like Slack, Trello, etc. Team members are located all over the world which makes GoHiring a multi-national team with English as the daily language. Twice a year everybody meets at a nice place to have productive sessions and team building exercises. Those offsite-events are always big fun! Overall, GoHiring provides a highly skilled team, a vision everybody believes in and gives you freedom and room to develop your skills constantly.

Cons

I guess the remote working style might not be the best way for everybody out there. GoHiring has an office in Berlin where everybody is welcomed to join, but most of the team works from somewhere else. You need to be quite disciplined and determined to live this working style. Also because GoHiring is still a start-up, naturally the salary-level is not the same as in big companies like Google, Amazon or Facebook. Nevertheless this "flaw" gets compensated with flexibility, a high work-life-balance and an amazing team-spirit.

Pros

I've been at GOhiring for two years now and I couldn't be happier. The thing that stands out most to me is the company culture and specifically the trust. From day one, you're treated like an adult who knows what they're doing. There's no micromanagement, no hand-holding, you own your work and you're expected to actually shape it. That level of autonomy isn't just nice to have, it makes a real difference in how invested you feel in what you're building. The remote-first setup fits perfectly well into all of this. Because the trust is real, the flexibility is real too. You can structure your day in a way that actually works for your life.

Cons

If you need the structure of an office to do your best work, this probably isn't the right fit. The remote culture runs deep and it works really well, but it does require you to be comfortable with that level of independence.

Pros

From day one, everything they promised has truly been brought to life. The role is genuinely engaging, with endless opportunities to explore new creative capabilities. What makes it even better is the culture, it's not just talked about, it's felt every day. It's rare to find a place that delivers on its promises and keeps evolving in all the right ways.

Cons
