Hot market but bad product with bad management - Manager GOTRAX Employee Review

Our product was initially great but management decided to compete on price and everything has since gone down hill. Bad management. Bad product. Lots of customer complaints. Hard to keep up with responses. Dangerous work conditions. We are instructed to delay response and put the responsibilities back on the customer when we can, even when it is our own product problems.
