      Pros

      The company started as a start-up and in a very short term grow into a much bigger company. The ambience is like a family but works wise everyone is very professional and dedicated as the results also show it. The owners are very employee orientated, taking care of the personal, being very attentive .Interesting projects, constant learning and acquiring new professional skills. Clear and straight expectations from the management, and constant dialogue over the process of the different task. Flexibility and open-minded attitude. They listen to your proposals and if they are valid you have the chance to go through, give you the chance to participate in new projects.

      Pros

      When I started the company was very small and it's great to see it grow to 27 staff in just over a year. The owners are fantastic and really listen to the employees and they always try their best to help you out with personal issues which is one of the most important things for me. I really love working here and I love the fact, everyone classes themselves as part of the family, which it feels like.

      Cons

      I am not too sure what to say here. The only thing I could say would be is that we need a new office as we have grown so fast.

      Pros

      I moved to another city so I had to leave an AMAZING TEAM; superb vibe, creative minds, job where Mondays were my favorite days a week because I could (again) create, work and build new exciting projects, ideas, festivals, videos, branding strategies and just making customers super happy. It became my tribe and family I would strongly recommend to either work with or hire them to make your business flourish and grow.

      Guys open an office in some other city too!
