      Lots of responsibility from day 1. Empowering team. Great clients. Working at COMO was an amazing experience. Steep learning curve.

      Pros

      Marin is a genius and I was lucky enough to end up under his Team. He is a very fast thinker with "everything is getting be figured" approach. Very charismatic with deep knowledge of every aspect of business. I was lucky to learn from the current Data Scientist as well. Paul who taught me Google Sheets. Everyone is nice, quick-minded and hard working. The Atmosphere was very inspiring. Marin is also very fair.

      Fast-paced. Find your own structure. You must ask for management.

      - motivated, super nice team - giving radical feedback but in a kind and caring way - comfy workspace - steep learning curve - a lot of responsability - great teamwork - club mate and fruit for free

      Cons

      - small office which can get too loud in the afternoon
