- Great communication from staff and administration - admin does a great job of helping you understand the role, but does not micromanage and allows you yo deliver the information in the best way you see fit. - clear, well thought out lesson plans and plenty of resources for tutors

- student engagement is all over the place and there is little disciplinary action you can take as a virtual instructor for disrespectful or disruptive behavior - Sometimes can leave you feeling unaccomplished because effectively teaching material to children unwilling to participate is impossible
