      Innovative firm with many creative ideas. First to embrace new technology. Very flexible. Dedicated to keeping the customer engaged and happy, earning a customer for life. They become an integral part of customer's success, which is appreciated and rewarded.

      Cons

      I would recommend tying the compensation of non sales personnal with the overall company's success. This would motivate folks, as they would potentially not have the income limit.
