Pros
Fun environment, new place every day. Management was great, really listened to our concerns and suggestions. It was fun working with the different crews and we'd have company parties a few times a year.
Cons
Physical job, so sometimes it was tiring but overall a good workout. Some customers would be dirty but that just comes with the territory i think.
