Management does not seem to care about their employees. In the period I was at go dream, we had so many people pointing out how bad management was and how hard it was for employees to challenge mangement without getting in trouble. CEO only cares for his own ideas, and are really terrible at taking constructive criticism without taking it personal. Some major decisions is taken with zero though and way to hastig and have had terrible influence on the company and its employees. And then there is the management from France... Don't get me started with that.. Zero communication (unless you are a manager), you can't get anything done or fixed easy without being so time consuming.
