Pros

GNITS has a strong placement record, with top companies visiting for campus recruitment. Clubs, technical fests, hackathons, and cultural events allow students to develop soft skills and network with peers.

Cons

While there are hostels, they may not accommodate all out-of-town students, leading to reliance on off-campus housing.

Pros

The students are good and academically excellent. Very few discipline issues. Good for people who want to just go to the class, say something and get a paycheck.

Cons

The current principal is a very poor manager. Totally disorganized. Too many meetings with very little results. Too much caste politics. You have to belong to the same caste as the management in order to get promotion or any other support. If you are good, they will make sure that you don't succeed. They will throw all sorts of obstacles to destroy you. You can't be creative. The university will make sure that you cram a lot of irrelevant things into the students' brain. The university and colleges do not train the students to be eligible for getting a job.
