Pros

GNGF knows how to encourage employees by supporting ideas (even if you're an intern, you can still run your own project if that's a great idea). The CEO is very friendly. They have mentor - mentee program, your mentor can be the CEO too! Also, interns can experience being interviewers while working with GNGF.

Cons

Rarely meet clients. So if you'd love to talk to clients, consider Account or Sales Team.

Pros

The biggest pro while working at GNGF is the culture. The diverse working enviornment was so nice to be a part of. The team is a hybrid of remote and in office. Working remote really helped me as a student and I was able to get more done on my work setup at home but I was glad to be around the team in their really nice office in downtown Cincinnati. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, and GNGF follows it’s core values extremely well. As a Co-Op here, they gave me space to do what I know best and always offered me help when needed. The team is very knowledgable and despite them being busy working hard for GNGF’s many clients, they still make time for the little things and internal check ups on each other and I appreciated that. I don’t think there wasn’t anything negative that I can say about GNGF. It was a great time, great team, amazing Mentor and CEO. Mark is the best CEO I have ever worked with he always is a part of the team and not just the boss. Jamie K. as a mentor was great and any forthcoming student or employee will appreciate being around her and learning from her.

Cons

I have no cons for GNGF, hours for my position were great, they let me choose how many hours I worked past my minimum for school. Despite having my own personal troubles while working there, GNGF was understanding and I thank them for that.
