      Pros

      Opportunity to make a lot of money ... that is if you stay there for a long time. If you are a attractive girl, make sure to work in Cleveland so you can get the free sales they give out.

      Cons

      If you sell something, your commission gets broken down over a year. So if you decide to leave, you get screwed out of your comission money. Upper management is in a high school clique and does not care about any one else. If you are a male, do not work here. They only favor the women. However, if you are a woman, make sure you work in Cleveland. If not, you are screwed.

      Pros

      Every time I close a deal my pay goes up, it's great. I closed one deal and it covered my monthly mortgage payment. I don't have the big guy on my back, I just have to do my job. I actually like going to work everyday.

      Cons

      There is a lot of stress, the sales process is long and you lose 10 for every one that you get. We do have to be in the office everyday when it's not always needed and we have a terrible Health Care Dept, they just don't all seem to be on the same page when it comes to selling HC.
