Great work environment, always supportive of what you do. Would be a great place for mid to later career. Early career is also great.
Cons
If you’re starting out, don’t stay for more than 2 years, you will be limiting your growth trajectory. People are very nice and treat you like family; so, you get comfortable and your growth if you’re really ambitious especially during your early career.
