Plantation - Funder GM Financial Employee Review

No Pros. The Funding Department has had a lot of problems with racism . I am gonna spill the tea👍🏾 Even though the Funding Department is 80% African American. We only get 1 % of the promotions. They find many reasons why they don't promote the Blacks and leave them in the same position for years as Funding Specialist, But you see your Caucasian colleagues move up 2 or 3 positions. The higher up don't even say GM or even speak to the Funding Specialist. They never have a budget for team building activities. They have a serious problem with workers Cherry Picking the deals and the moral on the floor is low. So if you are a Caucasian they would love to work with you. If you are an African American keep looking if you want fairness, advancement and to be recognized for your hard work.
