Pros
The model that they teach you allows you to earn without a cap. They provide you with a market and a system that is proven. The training consists of 2 weeks classroom and 2 weeks field training with ongoing mentoring. Allows for some flexibility with your personal life. Unlimited earning power with residual income is the number one pro to working here. Management and employees are eager to help and solve problems.
Cons
You have to get up and go to work. If you are not a self starter than this might not be the business for you. Like any business it takes some time to be up and running so patience and persistence is a must in the beginning.
