Pros
I thought the start-up process allowed me the proper time to learn the information needed. After coming from something outside this industry it allowed me the opportunity to get situated and start building a client base right out of training. I've now had the pleasure of growing YOY other industries wouldn't have allowed the growth financially.
Cons
At the start I stumbled a little. Didn't understand that working meant always being available and while times I didn't have appointments meant I needed to be setting more.
