      I find working in Glamsquad more productive when working, as I have a chance to work remotely. I have a work-life balance, I can manage to have a better balance with my professional and personal life, allowing me to spend more time with my family, pursue hobbies, or engage in other activities outside of work hours.

      Flexible scheduling • Easy to pick up work when business is slow • Worth it when appointments are in the same neighborhood • Better value when you have multiple services at one location

      Cons

      Travel time between clients can be a hassle • Same-day appointments are sometimes sent only 20 minutes before start time, which is unrealistic • No built-in travel buffer • Pay rate is low considering commute time and expenses • Not worth it when appointments are far apart
