Pros
The review posted a few weeks ago shocked everyone but employees agreed it was 100% true. The review was passed around in and out of the office between current and former employees. It's sad that these real issues can't be brought up to anyone and discussed because of the environment created by both the CEO and the founder. They would rather post fake positive reviews than address our deep issues head on. Most of the team is wonderful friendly warm and hard working but it’s hard to get work done when so many people are leaving because of the environment and bad leadership practices
Cons
A dishonest CEO who says shockingly inappropriate things almost daily combined with a founder who aggressively shuts down ideas from anyone he doesn't deem worthy or that aren’t in line with his own. Talk about a volatile combo! It’s not ok to talk to people who work for you the way that they do. Go ahead and ignore the reviews you know are true but these fake positive ones have earned a collective eye roll and cemented what everyone knew to be true. How your employees feel and how the work they do is received doesn’t mean anything to you
