      Pros

      The people you work with can make or break your experience at any company whether you are flipping burgers or waiting tables. The people that I have met in this company (employees not executives) are an amazing, talented, hard-working bunch of people. So much talent in every department.

      Cons

      So much talent in every department, no one is properly utilized because everything is disorganized and mismanaged. The executive team are tone deaf and colorblind, none of them have an ear to the ground and have no idea what’s happening within their own organization. The biggest con is the CEO.

      Flexible scheduling • Easy to pick up work when business is slow • Worth it when appointments are in the same neighborhood • Better value when you have multiple services at one location

      Cons

      Travel time between clients can be a hassle • Same-day appointments are sometimes sent only 20 minutes before start time, which is unrealistic • No built-in travel buffer • Pay rate is low considering commute time and expenses • Not worth it when appointments are far apart
