      Small start up. Good Experience. Heavy on Tech if that is your thing.

      Cons

      Small startup. Limited thinking. Team is young and needs a lot of guidance. Poor communication with mainland in terms of responsibilities, targets and goals. Heavy on performance review on a monthly basis. Organisations only implement this is staff consistently underperform or they hire the wrong people.
