Pros
Clean office environment, flexi-time (but very much at your manager's discretion), some social events, a varied range of interesting clients to work with/for
Cons
The management structure is a shambles, no hierarchical organisation, AMs end up doing the jobs of SAE and vice-versa so all over the place, don't expect any real kind of orientation of how your role fits into the bigger picture etc. If you are new to the AM role, and come from outside, look out, you're in for a bad time and really very much on your own and if you sink you're out on your before you know it - even if you do broadly great quality work. They tried to get me to ask a favour from a contact in the energy industry to get them a new client, even though they fired me the very same afternoon (luckily I didn't bother calling that favour in) - untrustworthy bunch.
