      Decent benefits and office location. Some good basic insights if you're new to the industry and want to get started.

      Cons

      Senior staff have favourites and don't care about the rest of the team. Unorganised and lack of communication. HR is inexistent. Low pay for the industry and long hours. Very limited career progression opportunities.
