You really feel like you are making positive impact on the world and society. It is incredibly exciting to win new accounts as each win leads a more equal and fair world. The team lets you really own your work, while also cares a lot about each team member and supporting them on success.
Cons
Startups are a rollercoaster! The sales cycle can be long to win big accounts as is the nature of RTD beverage products. Overall the job is what you make it and put into it.
