      Lots of opportunity for upward mobility/growth in the company if you are a go-getter, supportive co-workers, varied types of work, being able to help families, good benefits, monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities, positive and kind company culture and flexible shift times

      Cons

      lower-than-average pay that leads to high turnover rate in lab staff and customer service, very little opportunity for remote work.
